Supported by advanced AI models, the app automates data extraction and verification, streamlining document workflows and enabling faster decision making.
Xerox EveryDoc IDP App enables multi-channel document ingestion, intelligent data extraction, and smooth integration with business applications. It enhances the process of identifying and extracting key fields from contracts, invoices, identity documents, legal documents, transcripts, and other business-critical documents across industries. Designed for both large enterprises and small and medium-sized businesses, the app minimizes manual document processing and streamlines operations by enabling faster, smarter decision-making without the need for a major IT overhaul.

The ability to collect digital, printed, or handwritten documents from various sources (mobile, email, uploads) using cloud connectors for Microsoft Exchange Online and repositories (Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft OneDrive) and other business applications via application programming interfaces.
Automated data extraction from documents using pre-trained models and Gen AI prompts, reducing the need for manual input and minimizing human error.
Seamless integration by exporting structured data directly to Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft Exchange Online, and other business applications via API for easy access and optimal process flows.
The solution is available in the U.S. and Canada direct from Xerox and Xerox Business Solutions. It will be available to other regions in the coming months.
