Xerox Named Leader in Quocirca Managed Print Services Landscape 2025

Xerox announced today that Quocirca, a leading global market insight and research firm, has named the company a leader in its 2025 Managed Print Services (MPS) Landscape report. Lexmark, which joined Xerox through acquisition earlier this year, was also named a leader, forming what Quocirca called “a new powerhouse in the print industry.”

This is the 16th consecutive time that Quocirca has named Xerox a leader in MPS and the 13th time for Lexmark.

“This recognition as a leader in Quocirca’s 2025 MPS Landscape report is a testament to our relentless focus on innovation, security and client success,” said Billy Spears, chief product development and delivery officer at Xerox. “Together with Lexmark, we are creating a winning combination that empowers our clients to transform their workplaces and achieve new levels of efficiency, agility and sustainability.”

The combined organization serves over 200,000 clients in more than 170 countries and brings together Xerox advanced cloud, analytics, AI/machine learning, and workflow automation expertise with Lexmark’s global IoT infrastructure and end-to-end technology ownership.

“The post-merger combination of Xerox and Lexmark should provide customers of both companies with an even richer MPS offering than they have had to date,” Quocirca noted.
