Xerox (NYSE: XRX) today announced that it has taken an appeal from the decision enjoining the Fuji Xerox combination.

Xerox (NYSE: XRX) today announced that the settlement agreement it had reached with Carl Icahn and Darwin Deason on May 1, 2018 has expired in accordance with its terms.

“In the first quarter of 2018, we grew adjusted operating profit year-over-year, excluding equity income, and continued to generate significant cash flow,” said Bill Osbourn, chief financial officer, Xerox.
